Childhood
Roy F's father Roy A Rada was raised in Cleveland and fought in WW II. His mother Hertha A Lager was raised in Vienna, Austria and worked as a dietitian in the US Army Hospital in Vienna. Hertha and Roy A married in Vienna in 1950. Roy F was born in Vienna in 1951. In 1952 his family moved to New York. Roy moved frequently for the next eighteen years (see Childhood Residences). Roy's sister Elizabeth was born in 1954 in Texas. Roy finished high school in Maryland and moved to Connecticut for college.
Middle Age
In 1995 Roy and Pauline (aka Kibby) McKibbin were married in Liverpool, England. In 1996 Rosa Rada was born in Liverpool. In 1998 Ray Rada was born in Pullman, Washington. The family lived from 2000 to 2020 in an 11-bedroom home on 3 acres in Catonsville, MD.
Old Age
In 2020 Roy sold everything, and Kibby and Roy drove to Colorado where they lived with Hertha for two years. Next Roy, Kibby, and Hertha moved to Florida to live with Rosa for a year and then to Virginia to live near Ray for a year.
