Hello Roy,
I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how much of an absolute smashing hit that your musical activity has been for the residents! I'm so glad that you were open and willing to follow-up on my lead to consider bringing more music to the residents as you have. It's such a pleasure to see them participate with you, as well as having you interact with them in such a vibrant environment up an above the normal conversation that they often get from daily passers by.
Frank himself has often shared with me how much he enjoys the time with you. He mentioned to me that if you would be coming on Thursday, that he would enjoy having his ex-wife Mary Lou come by to dance with him.
Maybe you can confirm things with him if you get the chance. The number to the residents living space is 410-747-8720.
I'll look forward to seeing you later in the week.
Bruce
PS. Please send me your cell number if you wouldn't mind. Thank you.
Hi Bruce,
Thank you for the kind words. I've been so dedicated to finding a partner to help convert my vacant nursing home into an assisted living facility -- and I finally found someone this morning -- that I did not appreciate the last sentences of your email which were that I might phone the facility and speak to Frank directly. I did phone now to talk with Frank but for the number you gave me I got an answering machine which said the mailbox was full and I could not leave a message. Anyhow, I'll be there this afternoon and look very much forward to spending time with your wonderful residents -- as I always tell them, their time with me is a blessing to me and the greatest joy of my week comes from the feelings they share with me.
Yours, Roy
